Privacy policy
What we store, why we store it, and who else sees it. GetReddReach is responsible for the data described here.
Last updated 20 September 2026.
The short version
We store your email address and the description of your product, so we can find Reddit threads for you each day. We never post to Reddit, never ask for your Reddit password, and never sell your data. Ask us to delete your account and everything goes.
What we collect
- Your account. Your email address, from signing in with Google. We never see your Google password.
- Your product. The website or description you give us during setup, and the details and subreddits you confirm.
- Your threads. The public Reddit posts we find for you, the replies we draft, your edits to them, and whether you marked each one posted or dismissed.
- Usage records. When your scans ran and how much they used, so daily limits work.
- Page views. Anonymous, cookieless analytics. No advertising networks, and nothing that follows you to other sites.
We don’t ask for your Reddit account, your card details, or your address.
Why we use it
Only to run the service: to sign you in, to find threads that match your product, to draft replies, to show you your own history, and to keep within the daily limits that make a free trial possible. We don’t sell it, we don’t use it to train our own models, and we don’t send marketing you didn’t ask for.
Who else sees it
A small number of services process data on our behalf. Nobody else receives it.
- Supabase — sign-in and our database, where your account and the data above is stored.
- Vercel — hosting, and the anonymous analytics above.
- Google (Gemini API) — we send your product description and the text of public Reddit posts so it can score them and draft replies. We use the free tier, and Google may use content sent to it to improve their models, so please don’t put anything confidential in your product description.
- A Reddit data provider — a third-party service that reads public Reddit posts for us. It receives your search phrases and subreddit names, never your email address. We’ll name it if you ask.
We may also have to hand over data if the law requires it. If the product is ever sold or transferred, we will say so here first.
How long we keep it
For as long as you have an account. Ask us to delete it and your account and everything in it is removed. Analytics records are anonymous and aren’t tied to your account.
What you can ask for
A copy of what we hold about you, a correction, or deletion of the lot. Email hello@getreddreach.com from the address you signed up with and we’ll do it within 30 days. You can edit your product details and subreddits yourself at any time once you’re signed in.
