Terms of service

What the service is

You describe your product once. Each day we search public Reddit posts, score how well your product answers them, and write you a draft reply with a note on where to place it. That is all it does.

We never post to Reddit. We never comment, vote, message, or sign in to Reddit as you. Every reply is posted by you, from your own account, if and when you decide to.

It is a free beta

GetReddReach is early. Accounts start with a free trial, after which the daily scan pauses. Features can change, limits can change, and the service could be interrupted or discontinued. We will give you notice by email before shutting anything down, but we cannot promise the product will keep working the way it does today.

Your side of it

• The replies are yours once you post them. Read every draft before posting. It is written by a language model and can be wrong, off-tone, or simply unsuitable for that thread.
• Follow the rules of the room. Reddit’s content policy and each subreddit’s own rules about self-promotion apply to you, not to us. Posting anyway can get your account banned, and that is not something we can undo.
• Say who you are. Our drafts disclose that you built the thing. Don’t remove that line and pass yourself off as a neutral bystander.
• Describe a real product that is yours, and keep your account to yourself.
• Don’t abuse the service — no scraping it, reselling it, reverse-engineering it, or trying to get around the daily limits.

Who owns what

Your product description and your edited replies stay yours. The drafts we generate are yours to use however you like, including after you close your account. The site itself, its code and its wording stay ours.

No promises about results

The service is provided as-is. We do not promise that the threads we find will be relevant, that a reply will be well received, or that any of it will bring you customers. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost sales, banned accounts, or any other damage that follows from using the product. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Ending it

You can stop at any time — email hello@getreddreach.com and we will delete your account and everything in it. We can suspend an account that breaks these terms or that is being used to spam Reddit, and we will tell you why.

The rest

GetReddReach operates getreddreach.com and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Reddit, Inc. If we change these terms we will update the date at the top and email you if the change matters. Questions go to hello@getreddreach.com.
